REQUIREMENTS ALIGNMENT
Define the service type (Custom / OEM/ODM / Finished), project style, certification requirements, installation scenarios, and other core needs; provide a dedicated 1-on-1 consultant.

SOLUTION & DESIGN
For Custom/ODM projects, deliver design proposals and product drawings; for chandelier projects confirmed, confirm models, certifications, and packaging details, and provide installation diagrams in parallel.

SAMPLE APPROVAL
For OEM/ODM and Custom projects, support sample production; after confirming appearance, functionality, and brand elements, start mass production.

MANUFACTURING
Produce strictly to the approved specifications, while completing branded custom packaging, user manual printing, and related services.

Can you provide samples? Is there a cost for them?
Yes. Samples/prototypes are available and charged by design; the cost can usually be deducted/refunded after bulk order confirmation.
What quality checks do you run before mass-producing lighting fixtures?
We use verified, traceable materials and inspect key components on arrival (LEDs, drivers, optics, housings). A pilot run is completed to confirm output, safety, and build consistency before any full rollout.
If the schedule is tight, how quickly can you respond and provide samples?
We can usually send a quotation within 48 hours. Samples are typically ready in 7–10 days, depending on specifications and material availability.
