Can you customize according to our drawings or designs?
We support OEM/ODM customization based on your drawings, 3D files, or reference images, and will confirm shop drawings before production.
How long is the production and delivery time for customization?
Production: typically 15–60 days depending on complexity/size. Shipping: 5–40 days depending on express/air/sea.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard items: usually 1–5 pcs. Custom projects: flexible MOQ, even 1 pc is possible.
Can you provide samples? Is there a cost for them?
Yes. Samples/prototypes are available and charged by design; the cost can usually be deducted/refunded after bulk order confirmation.
What quality checks do you run before mass-producing lighting fixtures?
We use verified, traceable materials and inspect key components on arrival (LEDs, drivers, optics, housings). A pilot run is completed to confirm output, safety, and build consistency before any full rollout.
