Comprehensive pendant light design and processes, efficient R&D,
and rigorous quality control
Covering the process of lighting design—from metal fabrication and glass/crystal craftsmanship to composite & natural materials and electrical/optical systems. We can flexibly combine materials and surface-finishing techniques to suit each project scenario, balancing aesthetics with performance reliability.
Our independent R&D and ceiling chandelier design teams support 3D modeling; samples can be delivered within 7–10 days, along with renderings, photometric reports, and packaging plans. Sample testing standards are aligned with mass production to ensure feasibility.
Key dimensions and color are controlled with a 3D coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and a colorimeter (ΔE ≤ 0.5); plating thickness tolerance ±2 μm; gloss maintained at 70–90 GU. All process parameters are recorded for every batch to enable full traceability and eliminate batch-to-batch variation.
Precisely matched to different
pendant light materials and application needs
CNC cutting, laser bending, precision TIG/MIG welding, and casting/die casting—supporting the forming of complex structures.
Electroplating (gold / brass / black nickel), PVD vacuum deposition, anodizing, and hand-brushed finishing, with color variation controlled to ΔE ≤ 0.5.
Hand-blown glass, hot-bend forming, K9 crystal cutting, and Spanish alabaster processing—supports acid etching, sandblasting, and gradient effects.
Resin, acrylic, FSC-certified woodcraft/bamboo-rattan, fire-retardant fabric treatment, reinforced with an embedded metal framework.
High-efficiency LEDs (≥110 lm/W, CRI ≥ 90), smart dimming (Triac/0–10 V/DALI/DMX), IP44–IP65 protection.
Targeted answers to core challenges like ultra-large dimensions and
high-corrosion environments.
| TYPICAL CHALLENGES | CUSTOM LIGHTING SOLUTIONS |
|---|---|
| LOAD-BEARING AND TRANSPORT CHALLENGES FOR OVERSIZED, LARGE CUSTOM CHANDELIER | Using a modular, lightweight structure with aluminum alloy replacing heavy metal parts, and a segmented, numbered design for easy installation; overall weight is reduced by 40%, lowering transport and hoisting risks. |
| CORROSION AND FADING OF LAMPS FOR CEILING LIGHTS IN COASTAL PROJECTS | Employ 316L stainless steel or copper substrates with PVD coating or epoxy powder coating; ≥240-hour salt-spray tested for effective resistance to corrosion in high-salt-mist environments. |
| COLOR CONSISTENCY CONTROL ACROSS PRODUCTION BATCHES | Create a color-swatch archive for each batch, with ΔE ≤ 0.5 as the color-difference control standard; perform centralized plating/coating by batch, and conduct lot-by-lot color-difference testing plus manual reinspection before shipment. |
| UNEVEN LIGHT DISTRIBUTION AND GLARE ISSUES | Employ a secondary-lens + diffuser stack to ensure consistent beam angle (deviation ≤ 5°), reduce glare (UGR ≤ 19), and improve light uniformity. |
| LARGE FOYER CHANDELIER — SEISMIC RESISTANCE & MAINTENANCE CHALLENGES | Equipped with dual safety cables to enhance seismic resistance; the electrical assembly uses a slide-out design with quick-connect terminals, so maintenance requires no full fixture disassembly—cutting labor time by about 50%. |
8–12 h burn-in + salt-spray testing, with batch sample retention for traceability.
Finished products must pass 8–12 hours of high-temperature burn-in (45–55°C), simulating long-term use to ensure stability.
Random checks for luminous flux and CCT achieve a 100% pass rate, ensuring every suspended ceiling lamp meets output and color-temperature tolerances. Appearance inspection follows strict criteria: no scratches, no visible color difference (ΔE ≤ 0.5), and smooth, burr-free welds.
Batch production records document raw-material suppliers, process parameters, and test reports to support traceability. A standard reference sample is retained for each batch and compared with subsequent replenishment orders to ensure consistency in color and materials.
