Custom Spiral Art Chandelier for Hotel Lobby

Project Overview: This custom hotel lobby chandelier project is developed for the main lobby of a high-end star-rated hotel. The large non-standard fixture features a flowing spiral form, with layered point light sources extending downward to create a dynamic visual effect. Designed to fit a circular high-ceiling atrium, the installation complements a luxurious modern hotel interior while serving both as the lobby’s primary lighting and a landmark artistic feature.

Service Scope: Services include overall hotel lobby lighting design, 1:1 fixture sizing based on the atrium dome and ceiling height, custom spiral point-light structure development, light source layout planning, structural load calculations and fire safety evaluation, high-level on-site installation, wiring arrangement, lighting adjustment, brightness and color temperature calibration, and lighting optimization to coordinate with marble, metal, and other lobby finishes.

Service Outcome: The finished large custom chandelier becomes the visual landmark of the hotel lobby. Its vertically flowing spiral light creates reflections across the polished floor, strengthening the grand and luxurious atmosphere of the space. At the same time, the fixture provides the main illumination required for the large lobby area, enhancing the hotel’s visual identity and giving arriving guests a strong and memorable first impression.

Engineering Note: As a large high-level custom lighting installation, this chandelier requires sufficient vertical clearance to accommodate its full suspended form. A dedicated maintenance structure should also be incorporated during the design stage to provide safe and convenient access for future inspection and light source replacement.
