Our independent R&D and ceiling chandelier design teams support 3D modeling; samples can be delivered within 7–10 days, along with renderings, photometric reports, and packaging plans. Sample testing standards are aligned with mass production to ensure feasibility.
STRICT LIGHTING PRODUCTION STANDARDS TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY
Key dimensions and color are controlled with a 3D coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and a colorimeter (ΔE ≤ 0.5); plating thickness tolerance ±2 μm; gloss maintained at 70–90 GU. All process parameters are recorded for every batch to enable full traceability and eliminate batch-to-batch variation.
